Meet Our Staff

Betty Peebles, RDH, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's dental hygiene school in 1959. She founded Team Placement in 1983, after witnessing the lack of qualified dental professionals in Northern Virginia first hand. She later founded the Jon C. Burr Foundation in 2002, in hopes of closing the coverage gap in Medicaid and Medicare surrounding Oral Health. It is her goal to change Oral Health Public Policy to merge Dental care into overall medical care and funding.

Scott has been a part of the Team Placement family since 1995. His favorite part about his time here is his coworkers and the pride of helping people find work to support their lives. Scott loves to watch baseball and is a coach in his free time.

Mike joins us from Atlanta, GA, where he lives with his wife and three daughters. His favorite thing about Team Placement is the people he works with and the aggressive growth model. On the weekends, you can find him coaching soccer or spending time with his daughters.

Andreea comes to us all the way from Romania, where she was born and raised. She has been with Team Placement since January of 2019. In her free time, Andreea teaches herself Spanish by listening to music and watching telenovelas.

Jayanti was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. She loves helping people in need. In her free time, she loves to cook and spend time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. “Aspire to inspire before you expire” is Jayanti’s life motto.

Gabby grew up in Milton, GA, with 3 siblings and many pets (including chickens). After graduating from Louisiana State University in 2019, she began her work with Team Placement. Gabby swam in college, so she loves spending time working out in and out of the pool.

Tajma is originally from Bosnia, but now she calls Northern Virginia home. She has been with Team Placement since 2016 and has loved her entire journey. Tajma has lots of hobbies, but playing/watching sports and reading are at the top of her list.

Donna joined our government team in 2019 from Tampa, FL. Her favorite thing about Team Placement is the ingenuity and problem-solving in a growing industry. In her free time, Donna enjoys yoga, painting, remodeling, and playing with animals.

Crystal is a Maryland native and has been with Team Placement since 2012. She is a people person and loves to get out and be around her friends and family. Crystal loves the color pink and bakes the best cheesecake you have ever tasted.

Daniela works with our candidates to prepare and process their files and credentials in preparation for their contracted government employment. She loves to travel and spend time with family making memories. Daniela makes her home in Northeast Pennsylvania, keeping busy with her three Jack Russell Terriers.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Jack facilitates staffing for Team Placement's emerging markets. As a former swimmer for the University of South Carolina, he loves to workout and spend time at the pool. Jack also loves to paint and spend time with friends and family.

Sandra has been the shining face of our recruiting department since 2017. She loves working with new dental candidates and has their best interests at heart. In her free time, Sandra loves salsa dancing, horseback riding, reading, and gardening.

Sam joins us from Buffalo, NY where she attended University at Buffalo. After graduating in 2021, Sam moved out to the DMV area to join our team. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling to new cities on weekends, and spending time with her dog, Willow.

Originally from Houston, Texas Matthew moved from Houston to the DMV to work as a Recruiter for Team Placement.Matthew Graduated from LSU in 2019. He has a dog and loves to spend as much time possible outside and spending
time with friends.

Gretchen is a hygienist and former traveler with Team Placement. Gretchen is originally from Kansas and attended Wichita State University. Gretchen traveled to Northern Virginia with Team Placement. Her favorite thing about Team Placement is the opportunities it provides her fellow hygienists to live in work in different parts of the country. In her time off Gretchen enjoys traveling, theater, reading, watching Kansas sports and spending time with her family.

Ashley is from the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. She received her dental hygiene license in 2008 from Athens Technical College and after working several years in the clinical setting, returned to college to get her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Georgia State University in 2023. In her free time, you will find Ashley with her husband on the sidelines of one of their children's soccer games or practices with their pup, Alfie.

Darcie is a Northern Virginia native and moved to Florida in October 2005. She joined Team Placement in June 2023, and is excited for the growth opportunities of the company. She has been in the Government contracting field for over 25 years and looks forward to working with the TPS team and helping it grow. She enjoys spending time with her family and on the East Coast FL beaches.

Sharon is a Maryland native, and has lived in Northern Virginia for the past 22 years. She joined Team Placement in January 2023, and is excited for the growth opportunities of the company. She enjoys spending time with her family on the Chesapeake Bay and attending her five kids’ sporting events.

Melanie is a dental hygienist and former traveler with Team Placement. She’s originally from Michigan but has lived and worked as a hygienist in six different states. She now works as a recruiter for the company. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends & family.

Blythe grew up in West Texas. She has been a military spouse for 15 years and has 2 wonderful children. They have been lucky to live in some amazing places, Japan being our favorite. She loves to read, travel and spend time with her family.

Hannah's hometown is Columbus, GA where she grew up with her 2 younger sisters and 2 dogs. She graduated from Auburn University in May of 2023 where she was a member of the swim team. She began with Team Placement as an intern and is now on board full-time. She loves hanging out with friends and family on the weekends and being outdoors.

Claire is from East Texas and recently moved to Austin, TX to join Team Placement as the Texas Recruiter. Prior to joining Team Placement, she worked in college admissions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and being around family and friends.

Gloriana is an experienced, multilingual HR professional with a background in Nursing and Healthcare, coming from Costa Rica. She works to create agile processes that help streamline work and is passionate about the candidate’s experience. Gloriana believes that the heart of recruiting is people, how we network, create and nurture relationships. She is excited to have joined Team Placement this Summer 2023.

Fun Fact: Gloriana’s first career path was in the music industry as a classically trained Opera singer both here and abroad.

Florence is new to staffing services however she comes with experience in e-commerce, communication and translation. She is originally from France but calls Alexandria home. Loves to hike, swim and play pickleball

Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, but I have had the opportunity to live in many different states throughout the US, as well as Europe. I’ve been a military spouse for 14 years and we have an amazing daughter together! I absolutely love to travel, read, bake, and restore old cars.

Sam grew up in small town Massachusetts and now resides in New York City. He graduated from the Catholic University of America in 2012 with a focus in music and theater. In his free time, he enjoys singing on stage, playing video games, and cooking new recipes.
