Join Team Placement as a Travel RDH and turn your career into an adventure! You’ll take on flexible assignments ranging from just 4 weeks up to 6 months with the option to extend or explore a new destination once your term is complete. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule that supports work-life balance while you travel.
From day one, you’ll be supported by a dedicated staffing consultant who designs your schedule for you so you can focus on what you do best without the stress of finding assignments.

Yes! You read that correctly! Our hygienists move into fully furnished apartments where we cover rent, utilities, parking, Wi‑Fi, and more. All you need to bring is a reliable vehicle, bedding, towels, scrubs, and your personal items.
Many of our travel accommodations also include amenities like pools and gyms, with convenient commutes to your work assignments. Be sure to check out our Instagram for house tour videos: @team_placement.

FAQs

Team Placement asks that you maintain availability Monday–Friday while staying in our provided housing, with Saturdays offered as an optional opportunity for additional work.
Yes, you’ll be sharing housing with fellow travelers. Each RDH enjoys their own fully furnished, private bedroom, while sharing the home with 1–3 other Travel RDHs in a potentially co-ed living environment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals or family members when living in the travel house. Team Placement offers a Gold Program that is similar, but without the provided housing so you can work and travel with your pets/family. Please reach out to our team for more information about our additional programs.
RDHs are responsible for obtaining licensure in the state where they plan to travel. After your interview, Team Placement will let you know which license to apply for based on your preferred locations. We’ll reimburse your application fee, with additional license reimbursement available depending on the length of your assignment.
Our licensing expert and program coordinator will guide you every step of the way, providing support throughout the entire process. Licensing timelines may vary by state, and you’ll learn more about what to expect during your interview!
